He has vast corporate experience for over 30 years and has headed HR for some of the major brands like Blow Plast, Reliance Energy, Bharat Bijlee, Mumbai Airport & Endurance Technologies.
In his 30 years of career Manoj is known for providing best HR solutions for critical business issues with expertise in designing and implementing innovative HR policies and assisting organizations in their journey of value creation and enhancing efficiency by brining measurability to HR results and tangible outputs that directly impact bottom-line.
