Makarand has more than 35 years of work experience in Sales, Sales Management , Management Training, Executive Coaching, Teaching and Mentoring. He has worked with the organizations like ABB, Mercuri Goldmann and Akshaya Patra Foundation. He has been an Adjunct Faculty at S P Jain School of Global Management, Jagdish Sheth School of Management, Rustomjee Business School, and SVKM’s Mithibai College of Arts. He has also been an entrepreneur for a decade.
Makarand is known for his hands on approach to Sales Training and Consulting. He brings in value by working closely as a Sales Coach to the sales team.
Makarand graduated from Government College of Engineering, Karad with a B.E. in Electrical Engineering and later completed his M.A. in English Literature at Mumbai University. He went on to study Diploma in Business Administration through distance learning at Symbiosis, Pune and also earned a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Madras University. He has learnt Executive Coaching from Dr Marshall Goldsmith at ISB Hyderabad.
