Apurva has over 15+ years of corporate experience in Learning and Development, Talent Development and Employee Relations. She is a Master Facilitator, Behavioral and Leadership Skills Trainer, Diversity and POSH expert and a seasoned HR leader.
She draws a rich experience in a wide array of expertise in the development space including facilitation, training needs analysis, content designing, learning effectiveness measurement. Her expertise is in adapting to the facilitation approaches to diverse groups and settings (virtual/in-person). She also has hands on experience in implementing talent reviews, succession planning, talent development and leadership development initiatives.
Apurva has facilitated over 5,000 hours of training which includes topics in managing self, business communication, influencing without authority, stakeholder management, impactful presentation, performance management, campus to corporate, planning and prioritization, personal branding and business etiquette.
Her experience spans across manufacturing and service industries like textile, banking, finance, retail, ITeS for brands like A.T.E. and M&G.
Her interest includes music, sports (table tennis and chess) and she is an avid reader. Apurva holds a dual MBA in HR and Marketing, she is passionate about facilitation, and participates as a keynote speaker, jury member and panelist in seminars and global events in India.
