He started his career with ABB India, Bangalore help commissioning various Power Plants, Power Transmission Network including HVDC in the country.

He moved on to Total Quality Management and Change Management to inculcate transformation across the company of 10000+ people. He supported industry and educational institutions on these subjects through CII TQM Forum.

In 1997, he moved to Indonesia, expanding implementation of these practices across Asia Pacific region for 2 years before moving to ABB Global HQ at Zurich, Switzerland to live and work until 2021.

Armed with additional Total Quality Management education in Japan, he expanded working on Customer Centric Management across ABB, a 30 BUSD company with 100 + country operations.

He built ABB’s model for Improvement Management. He travelled and taught Business, Operations and Quality Leaders across 44 Countries and 70+ nationalities. He has passion for improvement and cost management and later built global Cost of Poor Quality System, Performance Management System – Relex Dashboard – One dynamic performance tracking system across the world.

He worked building Data Mining based process improvement identification system across businesses.

Last 2+ years, he worked for GE Renewable Energy, Paris HQ, building Quality and Data Analytics for Operations and enhanced Customer Value.

Recently retired, he enjoys supporting and sharing the above learnings to various industry forums and educational institutions. He is a passionate teacher on Teamwork, Change Management and Quality Management.

He is married, lives at Coimbatore and enjoys free time cycling, learning, playing Tennis / Badminton.
